Uhra

The culture of the continent of Uhra is centered around oppression of anyone 'not' human. This includ's the peaceful Nekos and the neutral Youkai, both of which are used as slave labor by the Uhra people and their goverment, it's not uncommon to find either a Neko or Youkai slave apart of a household.

Uhra is surrounded by mostly medevil technology, though there is some magical technology that can be seen in the capital and surrounding towns, but unlike other continents which have it used in every day life, Magical technology in Uhra is almost mainly used by it's military and government officials.

The government itself is a monarchy, with a king and queen as the one's holding power.

Manaten

The pure blooded Neko's view every race with a neutral position, though when it come's to Youkai's their view is a bit more on the cautious side, but for the most part they treat everyone kindly. The government works as a Republic, where every person has a say in what goes on in the country.

The countries military isn't as powerful as that of Uhra or Dyhokan, this is due to a war that ravaged the land twenty year's prior to the story, where the Manaten Government signed a treaty where their military would be used strictly for self-defense purpose's.

Furikan

The lawless country known as Furikan really doesn't have a government, but if it could be described it would be considered a communist country, due to the fact that people die if they speak out against those with power and that those with power tend to crush those weaker than themselves.

No military 'persay' exists, but every resident of the continent is capable of fighting.

Willow

Willow's people, who are a combonation of Neko and Youkai, live peaceful lives. A Theocracy govern's the land, where people believe in a 'higher power' like a god who controls more than a normal being.

Willow has 'no' united military; this is due mostly to the safe lands and how almost everyone tends to respect one another.

Dyhokan

Dyhokan's people consists mainly of students, teachers, and shop owners. Seventy percent of the population consists of young people (0-18*) where as the raining thirty percent consists of adults (19+**)

Dyhokan doesn't technically 'have' a government, because the land is one massive unified school system (despite the academy being located in the central capital), power is maintained by the four indivisual school branches (Elementary, High School, College and University) however, the University Branch has more power than any of the others, this allows them to give direct orders to the countries military, which consists mainly of infantry and mage's.

As a faint though; the land is run by a queen who maintains authority over the land, but she's just a figurehead for the unified council from the Academy.

Students at this academy, for the most part, listen and follow the rules set up by the unified council. However, each student has a say in who becomes apart of the indivisual councils (Elementary students for the Elementary Student Council, High school students for the High School student council, and so on and so fourth)

As it should be noted - currency on this continent is non-existent except in the port, however in order to live on this continent the person must either has a child in the school or must be approved to work. The Harbor is the exception to the rule, as well as, the military which recruits people from both within the country and outside, though people from Uhra are forbidden from both joining the military or working on the continent in general. The Unified Council typically let's 'any' child enroll ito the school.
