Kyra is a ten year old who was born in Uhra, when she was four year's old she was sold to the Sanzinomen Family as a slave, at the time the family had another Neko Youkai but that Youkai was put to death when Kyra was only seven, she witnessed this with her own eyes and was determined 'not' to have the same fate bestow her.
She's loyal and curteous to everyone in the Sanzinomen Family, and doesn't cause trouble, or at least she tries not to. Kyra has taken beatings after beatining all her life and due to this she's unaware that her body is failing her, everyday she wakes up with a horrid headache due to the beating she received the night before.
Kyra does, however, have an ally. A girl her age who is the youngest daughter of her master, the girl doesn't treat her like a slave but like a normal person.

When Kyra is rescued from her life as a slave, she at first displays an amazing amount of fear for the teachers and adults on the Dyhokan Countinent, but after awhile she get's used to them and later promise's to do better.
Kyra can very rarely be seen without her school uniform; which was custom made for her due to her frail body. She wear's a white sailor dress, with a white collar and white trim, the dress has a strange effect of making people treat her very carefully and with childlike gloves.
