Risa is the daughter of King Tanaka Rie the CLV (155). She's a bossy, demanding, spoiled girl who always gets what she wants. She has a very serious side to herself and always remind's Rena, her big sister, that she's royalty. Her serious side only shows itself when they are out of the capital and on bussiness; other wise she's just your typical seven year old girl who hates being away from her big sister
She possess the rare Cobalt Earth; she can only partially control earth and make it do her bidding, she can even turn earth into molten lava. However because she is very young she has very little control over her power and requires a 'retainer' in order to keep her power in check. This retainer comes in the form of a necklace that's made out of Neotrium and several other key minerals.
