The Augur is the longest living Neko on the planet. She is the last remaining 'ancient' from the original evacuation of her world. She wasn't always an Augur though, when she first arrived on the planet she was just a typical Neko child, but an incident almost got her killed. In order for her to survive, she became the Augur and protector of the planet, so for three thousand year's she's lived a top a mountain within her home.
She is always almost seen wearing a white kimono adorned with various symbols.
Knowledge
The Augur contains the history and knowledge of the Neko race, locked away within the recesses of her home. No one but the Royal Family and herself are allowed inside, and her assistants naturally who tend to keeping the books and artifacts clean.
Magic
Because of her age, the Augur possess powers that the Royal Family can only dream of obtaining. While she's passed most of her art on to Rena, there are some that she won't pass on due to how dangerous they are within the hands of someone who had only barely control a certain spell. She has the ability to strike at any object both on the planet and within orbit, but chooses to avoid both since it'd be an abuse of her power.
Past
Little is known of her past, she doesn't talk about it much. Her assisants rarely use her original name, in fact, only one actually calls her by her birth name.
