Vita's origin is unknown as she was discovered originally by a Sashion research group that was excavating the Chicago ruins. She was found in a box that had not only a back up matrix, but also an emitter that allowed her free-movement. However, the Sashions were never able to fully 'examine' or 'dissect' as the box containing her was stolen by a Rebel raid party.
When she was activated by the Rebels, she stated that her last activation period was 2212, which jibs with what the Rebels knew of AI technology in that period. However, Vita is different from all others developed AI's as she is a 'smart' AI, thus meaning she doesn't have the same life expendency that other AI's not like her have. She is fully capable of recompiling herself and thus further expanding her 'life expendency' however, there will come a moment when she can't do that and will, in fact, 'die'
Despite that, Vita is both carying about her Rebel friends and ruthless toward the Sashion. She is the only one, other than Lavality, who have seen the atrocities commited by the Sashion. Her matrix and program are so well designed that she is capable of infiltrating Sashion computer systems without being noticed, and even if she was, she can't be taken over due to her defense barriers being far more advaned than those possessed by the Sashion.
When it comes to apperence, Vita alternates between an adult and child form and her normal AI form, when it comes to her adult form she takes on a thirty two year old light weight woman with basket ball boobs and a lab coat. However, when it comes to her child form she'll take on the apperence of a seven year old little preschool girl with the sailor uniform and school and hat to match. She chose's her forms based on what is going on, her adult form mostly when dealing with military types and other adults and her child form when dealing with other children, or when she just wants sympathy.
When she doesn't want to appear as a clothed human, she'll usually appear like any normal AI that is covered in ancient runes and other symbols. The color she chose's is based directly on her mood, green usually means she is happy or neutral where as red means she is pissed and shouldn't be trifalled with. In only a few rare times she'll also appear black, when this happens you should get the hell out of dodge because she is not only VERY pissed, but is doing very wicked...
Make no mistake though, Vita may be nice on the outside, but she's downright devious on the inside. Usually when she isn't needed she is causing all sorts of problems with the Sashion computer system, from messing up supply orders, to rerouting slave labor to more 'pleasant' surroundings, to even giving false deployment orders. She has even gone as far as incitea skirmish between two Sashion cyborg squads by screwing around with the visual sensors in one squad and making the other appear to be rebels.
Truly she is a force to be reconned with.
