Serena has scars on her young body from innocent curiousity when she once questioned their leaders, she was only spared because she was a mere five year old at the time... but the scars still remain

Serena is a little eight year old girl who is so curious about her government that it almost lead to her death; because of that her friends and family often have to stop her from asking questions or else she may find herself dead.
