Rose is the third being in the Nexial Matrix with a Thought Core instead of a Soul. Rose loves different cultures and languages, which is why she goes out and explores the Matrix with Sonic learning all there is about other worlds. She particularly likes the varieties of Japanese she finds and the more interesting Klingon language from the 'Star Trek Node System'.
Appearing to be a young 18 year old female with long blue hair that goes to her thighs she is often seen wearing a black body suit complete with gloves made from BMEDS, a red cape on her back and a red hat with a gold Rose shape pendant attached to the left of it.

History
Rose grew up on Earth in a World in an isolated Node in the Matrix that only had 12% of the surface covered with Water. In addition, the history of her Earth had a lack of major wars, which is theorized due to there being only two major religions; Judaism and Taoism.
Rose evolved 90 years before the AOD incident, shortly after meeting Sonic and falling in love with him. It was later discovered that Sonic was indirectly responsible for Rose evolution. Rose was later responsible in triggering the evolution of Sakura Kinomoto.
Personality
Rose is a caring and loving mother and a loyal lover to her husband and gets along well with most people, MM not including of course. She often worries about the well being of others which at times leads to an internal conflict of helping versus the morals of tampering with the timeline of other worlds.
While kind hearted and sweet, Rose does has an ugly side, which is most often seen when she comes under allot of stress, especially if MM is involved. When all the nasty is said and done though, Rose often goes into guilt trips, regretting what she has done. Despite this short coming, Rose enjoys her life with Sonic and her two children Inertia and Oak.
Abilities
Rose possesses less power than Sonic, but she does possess greater control of her powers and her surroundings. She can quite easily control Quantum Energy and use it to attack a foe from all angles. She can also control elemental magic of worlds with ease, create Bio-metal and use Martial Arts.
Neutralization
Rose specialty is the neutralizing powers of her Reiki (What is thought to be Reiki). Instead of having destructive powers, her energy simply nullifies an opponent leaving them unable to fight. Unfortunately, the more powerful the opponent, the more difficult it is to nullify their energy. When fighting and opponent of equal or greater power than herself, her blasts become far less effective.
Control
Despite not having as much power as her husband, Rose is able to control more energy. This allows her to manipulate her Reiki or surrounding energies (such as Quantum Energy) into physical forms, much like how Green Lantern manipulates his power. It's also very beneficial to take control of energy that is behind your enemy, transform it into an energy mallet and smack your opponent in the back of the head. In addition, her high level of control allows her to create Adamant that rivals that of InuYasha Adamant Barrage.
Magic
Due to her very high sense of natural forces, Rose is able to utilize natural forces such as Magic of other worlds. Some of her favorite magic attacks are Earthbreaker, Absolute Zero, Gad Zap, Lunar Light and Crematorium
Energy Manipulation
Rose can also manipulate her own Reiki into other forms of energy such as Yoki.
Cursing Disaster
Similar to Sonic, Rose developed a bit of a mischief side after meaning MM. Unfortunately for her, she can't curse if her life depends on it. All her curses backfire and cause undesired effects, hit the wrong target, or both. That isn't to say though that she doesn't pull off a stunt every once in a while like smashing Sonic with a Mallet from one of his own curses as she did on the Nadesico, "I just need proper inspiration. I don't normally have it."
Misc.
Even though Rose is a Thought Core, she is not fully aware of this. While time (and more encounters with MM) gradually increases her knowledge of this fact, she will not be fully aware anytime soon. Until than, MM will be taking full advantage of this in his pranks he pulls out on her.
