Luna is the third and final Steel Angel constructed under the Angel Sisters Project. Luna is the most mature out of the three sisters despite being the youngest of them. Between Maki and Ayame, Luna is the peace maker, often making compromises between the two, especially when it comes between security and fun.

Luna appears to be in her late teens with long blue hair which goes to her thighs. She likes to wear the Shinseki Mini-Skirt Uniform when on duty and wears to kimonos, dresses and other feminine outfits when off duty.

Personality

Luna has what is referred to as a "Kasumi Personality"; despite most conditions, Luna remains polite, proper and calm (even if that means being a bit naive of the situation.) The exception to this personality trait is children. Luna adores children and cannot stand someone torturing, abusing or performing any other type of evil on them. When she comes into a situation like this, she often turns very ugly and violent to the perpetrator, often seriously injuring them.
