Katisan is one of the kids that was adopted into the Dragon family shortly after a series of events landed him into there hands. He's not as strong as his sister (although he would beg to differ) and is always streiving to be better, although without his powers thats nearly impossible, since his mother and father locked his powers away

Katisan attends Dyhokan Academy, a school created by Kalshion and Katarina sometime after they stopped doing missions for the Internode Federation; he's currently a fifth grade student, although he knows more than the average student, his father and mother would rather keep him out of the house as long as possible
