Katarina Dragon is the other person in the matrix who has a soul and not a Thought Core, because of this she considers herself not up to pair with Sonic and Rose; but doesn't let that get to her, she recognize's them as authority figures.

History
Born in the Ranma 1/2 node, Katarina has been with her twin brother since they where born. She's dependable, smart, curagious... she's also the nanny to Kalshion's children who like to give her hell.
Katarina is the XO to the Ryu Kanemeate, and the one in charge of construction, exploration and industrial departments (No, Industrial and Construction are not exactly the same. Industrial builds everything meant for space flight and ground vehicles. While construction builds stations, buildings and many other things)
Her back story she prefers to keep to herself.
Forms
Katarina has various types of forms, from human, to neko, to actual animal form.
Adult Katarina
Katarina prefers to stay in adult form while in the Matrix; her adult form demonstrates her... rather interesting body. She exploits this to great effect when her brother and her are on missions where the child form doesn't work, and the adult form does wonders for men who are deprived or just down-right disgusting.
Adult Appereance
Though her physical apperance doesn't really change much between her battle dress and such, she does typically wear a black robe over her body. This robe on a hood on it that she use's to conceal her face.
Battle Dress
Her Adult fighting uniform is that which is displayed on the page. Yes, she shows THAT much of her body (It was NOT my idea, the person I commissioned to make this made her that way... honestly...)
Adult Katarina is in the form of a nineteen year old
Child Katarina
She prefers child form when within a node, though she'll sometimes go into child form while within the matrix as a means of keeping an eye on people or if she just wants to be left alone. Child form has an age varience of between seven and twelve years old.
Child Apperence
Child Katarina has a similiar appereance to Sakura from CCS; but there are some differences, such as her choosing a hybrid human/neko form, also being that she is a bit shorter in stature, plus her ears are cat ears and not human. She also has muscles that are slightly bigger than a typical child, but make no mistake, despite being in child form she can still throw a vehicle with her powers. (Just, don't ask her to throw a planet please.. the last time she tossed a planet it turned into universal pin-ball and Kalshion was made to pick up the peices)
Her hair is in pony-tails with braids that keep her hair from going all over the place.
She also wears a sailor dress that is light red with a white collar with baby blue trim, the back flap has a double V style (similiar to CCS) the cuffs are white with baby blue trim. She actually has a name tag on the front that says her name is 'Rita Vatenen'
She wears a golden brooch around her neck that is only barely hidden by the dresses collar, the brooch has an engraved picture of her cat that died hundreds of years ago (History: Her cat died of old age). On her wrists she wears a bracelet (they are over the dress) the bracelet is light blue with diamonds situated around the outside, the diamonds give off a slight bluish glow. The bracelet serves duel purposes as a communications and scanning device.
Her shoes are the typical kind worn by school children, they have velchro. She wears light red sweat pants under her dress (the dress comes down just below her knees) The sweat pants themselves come down to just above her feet, where white socks are noticable.
She wears a light blue t-shirt under her dress, depending on the whether, it might very well be long or short (I'll let you decide on whether you want it to be long or short)
In her hair she wears a gold bow.
Though it doesn't need to be said; Katarina is very cute as a child and use's her charms to fool adults into thinking she is innocent - far far from it. Most of her enemies who encounter her in child form end up with a snapped neck - or something 'else' missing.
Child Katarina also regenerates her power at a quicker rate while in child form than in adult form. Combat is also a bit easier on child form since she can get into smaller areas easier and hide - say to heal up after a nasty injury. Child form also presents a small target , though it's embarassing for her to admit. In combat she has a multiple number of different combat uniforms, most of which are mundane. But during one of her excursions into the Sailor Moon world (which she loaths to this day as she had to listen to a very whiny Sailor Moon, who she almost killed in two instances)
Battle Dress
Her combat uniform was a white sailor dress with an light green collar with orange trim, the cuffs are light green with orange trim. The collar is double-sided, meaning the flap is on both sides with a small cut down the center (Reference: Alice Gakuens Elementary division uniform) She has gold round plates around the outside of her uniform on her waists, there are two shoulder pads that are also gold. She wears black gloves similiar to bikers gloves, except there are small cable like lines running across the outside portion of the fingers. Perhaps the only part of her uniform that still resembles her combat uniform, are the army type boots.
Child Katarina is in the form of a ten year old.
Abilities
Katarina can do many things, including using her magic to create weapons of unimagable streangth.
Gate Lock
One of her more unique abilitys, is the ability to lock a dimension or node from the inside out and pervent anyone from entering or leaving.
Cybor Con
This is not one of her unique abilitys, she considers it more of a curse; she can link herself to the systemso f any ship in her reach. This is, however, useful when aboard there own ship though; since there ship AI also has a personality
Flight
When Katarina doesn't want to use gravity to move around, she can use flight. Flight is similiar to Sakura Kinomoto's 'Fly' card, in fact, that's where Katarina got the idea from. The wings are angle style and form on her back. The wings, however, are very tough - the feathers alone can double as a weapon in the event she is attacked. Flight is power intensive and best used for short distances, but is fast and doesn't require her to chant or 'scan' an area of with her mind for a location to telepor to.
Gravity
Katarina can control gravity at a whim, which is bad enough because she likes to through people around sometimes and tends to use her gravity altering ability to send people into the middle of next week
Black Magic
Katarina can cast some black magic spells thanks to a little sorceress named "Lina Inverse" from the Slayers Dimension
