Biometal Enhanced Dragon Silk or BMEDS for short is a fusion of Biometal technology combined with the magical properties of Dragon Silk to provide a superiority form of armor. BMEDS is most often found used by certain personnel of The Shinseki.
Design
BMEDS can come in any shape or size and is usually custom designed by the user. It can appear to be a simple T-Shirt for some while appearing to be full body armor for others. Like conventional Biometal, the armor benefits from the EDD allowing the armor to take tremendous damage before finally giving in. However, thanks to the infusion of the magical material Dragon Silk, the armor can easily repel magical and spiritual based attacks. In addition, BMEDS can also act as a personal life support system with its own environmental controls depending on the user's design. Sonic and Rose's BMEDS armor system for example can keep them in at a nice 21 degrees Celsius environment with no increase or loss in atmospheric pressure while taking a stroll on the surface of Venis. However, as environmental hazards increase, the BMEDS can become stressed and eventually fail all together. Thus it is not recommended to take a stroll on the surface of a red giant even with BMEDS equip.
